The rubber base of the Raising Cane® has a wear life of 6 months to three years depending upon usage. As such it should be replaced whenever it shows heavy wear such as when the ribs on the bottom of the rubber pad have been worn away. It is dangerous to use the cane with a heavily worn or missing rubber base.
Replacement rubber base pads along with installation instructions are available from Raising Canes®, LLC. For a fee of $15.00 each or two (2) for $25.00 including shipping and handling within the continental U.S. Click HERE for installation instructions.

The rubber hand grip of the Raising Cane® has a wear life of two years or longer depending upon usage. As such it should be replaced whenever it is torn or shows heavy wear.
Replacement rubber hand grips along with installation instructions are available from Raising Canes®, LLC. for a fee of $15.00 each or two (2) for $25.00- including shipping and handling within the continental U.S. Click HERE for installation instructions.
Repair Service
Raising Canes®, LLC. will repair your cane including replacing rubber bases or hand grips for a fee of $40.00 including normal shipping and handling.
